Health and fit - update III

Olá meninas :)
O post de hoje para o Make it Happen in June é um update do desporto que ando a fazer.
Tenho para vos dizer, que agora com esta prática mais regular, que custou muito a incorporar e mentalizar-me para a ter no dia à dia, noto que se não fizer algum tipo de desporto a minha cabeça começa a me cobrar para o fazer.
Espero que não perca este bom hábito da minha rotina.
Assim, deixo-vos um resumo da semana 5 à 7.
Além disso, ando à procura de novos exercícios para ir variando, já encontrei um mini-workout de abs que estou a fazer e gostava de achar mais exercícios, tem algumas sugestões?

Today's post for the Make it Happen in June serie is an update of my sport routine.
I have to tell you that it was hard to follow through this challenge, but I feel that if I skip doing any kind of spots for a few days, I start to feel the need to do it again.
I hope I don't lose this motivation!
So, I leave you a summary of the week 5 to 7.
Also, I'm looking for new exercises, I have found a mini-workout for ABS that I'm doing and I would like to do diferentes exercise, do you have some suggestions?

Sunday  2 km of running in the city + exercise in the parks of the city with some machines (rowing, ski, etc..)

Tuersday
